Before becoming a part of Asha Ventures, Avisha developed strong professional experience at BDO within their Internal Audit division, where she contributed to projects spanning industries like FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. This exposure helped her build a strong foundation in evaluating business processes and strengthening internal control systems.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics. Avisha is also deeply passionate about impact investing and is a keen learner of various impact measurement frameworks.

Outside of work, Avisha is passionate about exploring new places, enjoys playing a variety of board games, and is currently training in Hindustani Classical Music.
